Junji has been providing investment solutions for over 30 years at Nomura Research Institute, Nomura Securities, Nomura Asset Management and Blackrock Japan. 

This includes research and analysis, pension and endowment consulting, management of alternative fund of funds in the US and multi-asset outsourced CIO services.

Taiki Kimura is the founder and CEO of Keyaki Capital, established in 2020, bringing a comprehensive range of experience from the financial sector.

Throughout his career, Taiki has been instrumental in the development and distribution of alternative products, as well as in the strategic growth and business development at institutions including Nomura, Barclays, Citi, and Macquarie. In 2012, he was appointed Head of Pension Solutions at Citi Global Markets, and by 2015, he assumed the position of Head of Japan for Macquarie Investment Management.

His expertise also extends to significant contributions in structured products and asset finance during his time at Nomura's New York office.

Taiki is an alumnus of Hitotsubashi University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

JP is a Managing Director and Co-Head of US Credit Investments. JP focuses on relationship management, origination sourcing, pipeline agreements and the overall risk management of the investment portfolio. He is also responsible for managing the strategic and cultural direction of the US business. JP MA Asset Management in March 2013 and served as Chief Executive Officer until the acquisition by MA Financial Group in May 2023.

Prior to MA Asset Management, JP served as a Managing Director at Nomura Securities in New York, where he was the Head of Cash Rates Trading which included the Primary Dealer, repo, agency, inflation-linked, and frequent borrower businesses. Prior to joining Nomura Securities, JP spent four years at Bank of America as Managing Director and Head of High Grade Rates where he managed teams in the Americas, London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. The High Grade Rates unit included central funding, treasury, the Primary Dealer, and global futures. He began his career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers and moved into flow trading first as an agency trader and then as a treasury trader responsible for the 10yr sector. Working his way up to Managing Director, he went on to lead the Primary Dealer, mortgage pass-through, and agency trading businesses during his 14-year tenure at Lehman Brothers.

JP holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College. He has received Series 3, 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses.

Chris Wyke

Chris Wyke is Joint Chief Executive Officer of MA Financial Group and was one of the founders of the company in 2009.  

Chris has over 20 years’ industry experience, including extensive private equity, turnaround, restructuring, M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions.

Chris has been involved with a broad range of clients and transactions, most recently the sale of TEN Network Holdings to CBS, the restructure and recapitalisation of both BIS Industries (A$1.1bn) and Slater and Gordon (A$730m), the purchase of the GE Consumer finance business (A$8.2bn), the reorganisations and control transactions of both Boart Longyear (US$352m), and Billabong (US$495m), the distressed acquisitions of both I-Med (A$1bn) and Channel 9 (A$3.4bn) on behalf of a syndicate of Special Situation / Private Equity investors.

Chris previously worked in investment banking for J.P. Morgan and UBS in London, Singapore and Sydney.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours from University College London.

Frank Danieli

Frank is a Managing Director and Head of Credit Investments & Lending at MA Financial Group, having joined the firm over a decade ago. 

He is responsible for MA’s Global Credit Solutions platform, which invests across asset backed lending, corporate debt, bonds and credit opportunities verticals. Frank also has strategic oversight of the firm’s Lending businesses, which include non-bank lending and financial technology platforms, and its principal credit initiatives.

Frank’s background includes substantial experience in corporate advisory, where he focused on special situations, M&A and financial services transactions. His notable transaction experience includes Alinta Energy, Billabong, Boart Longyear, Ten Network, GE Capital Consumer ANZ (now Latitude), HomeStart lending platform, SA Government CTP / Berkshire Hathaway reinsurance deal, Axsesstoday restructure, Slater & Gordon restructure, Blue Sky recapitalisation, Emeco / Orionstone / Andy’s three-way merger and recap, Saputo/Murray Goulburn and Reliance Rail, among others.

Frank previously worked as a corporate strategy consultant at Pottinger and in funds management at Challenger.

He holds a Commerce / Law (First Class Honours) degree from Sydney University.
